There can be nothing more dystopic than Día de los Muertos, The day of the dead (actually, I lie. There can be plenty of things more Dystopic than colourful candy skulls, but we're going to ignore all that)

Día de los Muertos is a Mexican Holiday in celebration and honour of the dead. The skulls are decorated in bright colours, which is what I think is interesting:
